St. Croix Marine Products fabricates custom mounts for use with our davit and crane systems. Not all boats can use off the shelf systems. Carver 38' Santigo
Stainless steel L-shaped brackets were designed and fabricated for use with St. Croix Removable Davits. Brackets are powder coated white to match the gel coat. Use of these brackets allows for proper installation and support of the davits as well as allows steps to be used on both sides of the integrated swim platform.
Marine Trader
The teak top of the transom does not have room for the mounting shoe. These custom mounts create a mounting surface and give the transom the proper support to carry a tender. Available as Part 209 Custom Mounts; the leg length will be made for your specific application. Can be mounted inside or outside the transom.
36' Saberline
The top of the transom does not have enough room to install the davit shoe. A stainless steel support box was made to allow the davits to be mounted and supported properly. The davit arms clear the rail and allow enough reach to lift the dinghy.

The top of the transom does not have room for the mounting shoe. In addition, the transom needs extra support when using davits. These " inside mounts" were designed and fabricated to create a place for the davit shoe to mount as well as give the transom the proper support in order to carry a tender.
